Stay at Ocean Suites in April 2023 for 8 days. Room is big, clean and beds are comfy. Hotel is 3 mins from a huge supermart, 5-10 mins from restaurants, shops and attractions. The hotel is also in front of the coastline.4

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and had a great experience. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean, which was a highlight of our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The hotel has many facilities, which we enjoyed using during our stay. Additionally, the food market is within walking distance, which made it easy to find delicious meals. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.4

It’s got a fabulous view. May be the best in all of Jeju. The ocean is right in front and the climate it amazing. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well maintained. Breakfast has a lot of options as well. The bathrooms are a little small and hope it’s fine with you guys. Other than that overall a beautiful place to be in4

The hotel located in good location near the airport (10 minutes drive).
Walking distance to shopping street. Many stores and restaurants nearby.
Very big room with wide big window facing the mountain.
Free underground car park.
A convenience store and bakery in side the hotel
(Ground floor).
Bottled water and water boiler (kettle) provided.
Free fast wifi.
Some of the toiletries provided.
The hotel outdated and need renovation.
The bed a bit not comfortable
No toothpaste and brush provided.
No bathrobe provided.

The hotel room had lots of scuffs on furniture and wall and peeling paint on walls. Their was also no alarm clock or bedside outlets. Moving the bed to get to the lamp outlet, the bed baseboard fell on me cause it wasn't fastened to the bed. The shower and bathroom floor was tiled making it feel like a gym shower and not a 4 star experience.
Lastly the hotel door stuck. I almost walked out with my hotel room door not being locked. I then had a confusing conversation too pull on it more which didn't fix the issue if it happens again.
The view and location was nice but this would be a real bummer if I was staying more than 2 nights.
