Based on the room I stayed in
Advantages
A 2-minute walk from Hamdeok sandy beach, with the best accessibility and a quiet residential feel
Spacious and convenient interior (studio type) It would be good especially for those who use the kitchen
Clean, fluffy, and crispy white bedding
disadvantage
One of the windows had a broken mosquito net, so I couldn't open the window.
The shower head is too high and the angle is not adjustable, so I shower with my hand (height 160)
Carpets and carpet-type towels are uncomfortable due to cleanliness issues. It would be nice if there were no carpets, and it would be nice if the towels were towel-type
I couldn't sleep because I was talking to the next room all night and the door was slammed.4

We stayed in Hamdeok for 2 nights. The advantage of being a pension is that you can cook. Tube wind can also be inserted. Plenty of towels provided. Everything was good... The ceiling of the room we stayed in had a leak and there was some mold, so I subtracted one star.
