Beautiful Hotel with super friendly staff. Thank you Ali for all your kindness and accommodating nature. We were very grateful to the kind nature of everyone especially after we had finished the Tour de Mont Blanc and were just knackered. The spa area was a treat, the massage was great. Only some guests who came later unfortunately didn't fully respect the spa area so it took away a bit of the relaxing vibes towards the end.

Rooftop spa is well worthwhile. It opens at 10:30am. Evening bar service in hotel was below par. The morning receptionist was above par and highly professional and helpful on spa front. I would return for a longer stay due to the rooftop spa. Def worth it. Excellent shower in room. No bath. Good balcony and view. Parking far too complicated and not explained in detail so just found a parking space elsewhere. Good breakfast. Clean bed linen.

This purports to be a 4* hotel. It’s not. No air conditioning, which wouldn’t be so bad if the windows didn’t open out to other hotels’ noisy and hot air conditioning units. Children are not allowed to use the pool, breakfast isn’t included and the desk service is somewhat terse. Somewhat pricey.
