It's clean and there's no noise from neighbors. The parking lot is also large, making it easy to park your car.5

Kids can have fun just because they say kids.
The facilities are clean and nice, with a playground in the yard where you can play and a private swimming pool.
The workers are friendly and the heating and cooling are provided.

It's neatly done. What was a bit inconvenient was that the entrance sensor light turned on every time I went to the bathroom, so it seemed like it needed to be adjusted. The cutting board looked like it needed to be replaced because it was heavily used.
Please note that there is a supermarket nearby, a 5-minute walk away.3

As it was newly built 20 years ago, the facility still has a new feel to it. However, the baby slides near the pool, on the terrace, and next to the barbecue area have a lot of spider webs here and there, so I'm hesitant to use them. Disappointing in cleanliness. The size of the pool is just right, and the electric train that can be used for a limited time is great for kids. The owner doesn't seem to be very friendly. I don't think I'll visit again once the advantage of being newly built disappears.
