I had a long day & had already another hostel b4 this one, but I came to Mamahouse bc it looked like I could get some sleep with a quiet environment.breakfast was simple & easy had some coffee. Room was big enough too.love the theme

Charming guesthouse conveniently close to Myeongdong station. It's up a pretty steep hill, and taxi drivers might have a little trouble getting there, but if there are signs everywhere. Nice kitchen downstairs and free breakfast are nice too!

bathroom light didn’t work, and there wasn’t hot water in the morning for some reason.

Before we book this place, it claimed to be only 5 min from Myeong-dong subway station, but it only works for an athlete conditioned person whereby for a normal person, it would be an up hill walk which would take more than 10min. It would be more accurate to mention that this property is nearer to Namsan park & tower rather than Myeong-dong... Room is good enough for 1 or 2 persons, cleanliness is satisfactory however the were no towel change & rubbish disposal for the 4 nights stay. The staff are not so friendly either.
