Q. Can I choose my delivery date?
A. Yes. You can choose any date from September 14 to 21. We recommend selecting your check-in date so you can enjoy the snacks from your first night. Avoid selecting a date within two days of check-out, as there may not be enough time to receive the box.
Q. What happens if the box arrives before I check in?
A. Most accommodations will hold it at the front desk, and you can collect it at check-in by giving the name on your reservation. Advance package-storage policies vary, so please check with your accommodation first if you select a date before check-in.
Q. What types of accommodation can receive the box?
A. We deliver to hotels and guesthouses in Korea, as well as private accommodations such as Airbnb properties. Package policies vary regardless of accommodation type, so it is best to confirm whether your accommodation can accept the delivery before ordering.
Q. What name should I enter for the recipient?
A. Enter exactly the same name used for your accommodation reservation (your name in English as shown on your passport). The accommodation will match the package against its guest list, and the front desk may refuse it if the names do not match.
Q. How can I track the delivery?
A. We will dispatch the box according to your selected delivery date and email the tracking number to the address you provided once it has shipped.
Q. Could the delivery be delayed?
A. Deliveries may be delayed by one or two days due to unforeseen issues. Please allow some flexibility in your itinerary when selecting your delivery date.
Q. What if the box arrives after I check out?
A. It may not be possible to collect a box that arrives after check-out. Please select a delivery date comfortably within your stay.

Q. Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?
A. Cancel at least seven days before your selected delivery date for a full refund. After that, shipping preparations begin and cancellations and refunds are not available.
Q. What if the box does not arrive or is damaged?
A. If the box is not delivered or is damaged due to an issue caused by us or the courier, we will provide a full refund or resend it. Redelivery and refunds are not available when delivery fails for customer-related reasons, such as an incorrect address or contact number, missing accommodation access information, or the accommodation refusing the package.
