1. Reservation Request
If you select your desired date and time for consultation on this page and pay the deposit, your reservation will be automatically processed.

• The 10,000 KRW deposit will be fully refunded automatically the day after your consultation is completed.
• Only one customer may participate in each consultation session; simultaneous consultations with multiple people are not allowed.

2. Reservation Approval
Your application will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please check your status on your personal page. 

3. Voucher Information
A voucher will be sent to the email address you used when signing up for Creatrip.. Please read the details on the voucher carefully before attending your consultation.

4. On the Day of Consultation
Please join the Google Meet link provided in your voucher at your reserved time.

• Consultations last up to 30 minutes.
• If you do not join the dedicated Google Meet link at the reserved time, your consultation time cannot be guaranteed. To protect your rights, please make sure to join on time.

5. Deposit Refund
The deposit of 10,000 KRW will be automatically refunded the day after your consultation.
