About

Join the MY PACE Hangang Triathlon and become the world's slowest triathlete—completing the course at your own pace!

  • The MY PACE Hangang Triathlon Festival is a non-competitive sports event where you complete swimming, cycling, and running at your own pace—no rankings, no records, just fun.
  • Complete the triathlon at your own pace and style, take breaks whenever you need, join thousands of local participants, and earn your special commemorative medal.

A trusted Seoul city festival with 30,000 local participants

  • This event is officially hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and trusted by thousands of participants.
  • It's a unique opportunity to swim, cycle, and run along the Han River.
  • Tickets for Korean residents are already sold out. Only 200 tickets are available for international visitors, sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Enjoy the beautiful Han River scenery and participate alongside local Seoul residents.
  • A variety of festival activities take place throughout the event, so you can walk, run, rest, and enjoy the festivities at your own pace.
  • Complete at least two of the three activities to receive a special commemorative medal—a great keepsake and a real sense of accomplishment. All participants also receive a commemorative T-shirt—perfect for photos by the Han River!
  • Register early to receive exclusive pre-event perks, including energy drinks and more.

Flexible Start and Finish

  • You can start at any time within your registered time block.
  • To keep the event running smoothly, you'll choose a time block when booking—either morning (09:00–11:00) or afternoon (12:00–13:00)—and participate within that block.
  • Once you check in, you don't have to complete all three activities at once. You can finish them separately over the festival period at your own pace. (You'll receive a commemorative medal if you complete at least one activities.)
  • Please note that swim start times may have specific instructions—follow on-site staff guidance.
  • The Advanced course operates similarly, but because it includes a 1km open-water swim across the Han River, the swim start and finish times are fixed.
  • You can choose the order of the activities freely. However, for safety reasons, the Advanced course must begin with swimming.
