I had tea time with my family at the O'sulloc Lotte Suwon Mall branch. The spacious and comfortable seats allowed everyone to enjoy their time comfortably. I was also impressed by the staff's attentiveness to the children. I highly recommend this place for families!

This was my first visit, and I really liked the clean, sophisticated atmosphere that's characteristic of Osulloc. Located on the third floor of Lotte Mall, the store was easy to find, and the staff were very friendly and explained the menu to me. The matcha latte and green tea roll cake were a perfect combination, and I felt the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend visiting!
