4. Enjoy the tour!

• Please make sure to specify your shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation.
• Please follow the instructions provided by the travel agency after your reservation is confirmed.
• Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. For the convenience of other customers, the shuttle bus will depart for the next stop immediately. No refunds will be given if you miss the tour due to being late.
• The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on weather or traffic conditions. 
• Rail bikes have 4-person seats, so groups smaller than four will need to share with others. If you prefer a 2-person bicycle, there's an additional charge of 5,000 KRW per person, which you need to pay cash for on-site. Please let us know during your reservation if you prefer a private bike.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats.
