4. Enjoy the tour!

• Please make sure to specify your shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation.
• The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on weather or traffic conditions.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and refunds will not be possible.
• There is no designated lunch time, but you can dine individually at restaurants and snack bars within Seoraksan.
• For the Seoraksan tour, the guide will explain several hiking trail options, including the cable car course.
• If you wish to take the cable car, you can purchase tickets individually and board it.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats, meals, or admission tickets.
• One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
