Nuchi Workshop is a special place where healthy, eco-friendly soaps are made using only natural ingredients. Beyond simply buying soap, you can make your own soaps and daily essentials, experiencing both the value of nature and the joy of crafting by hand. At the aromatherapy institute “Binu Healing Story,” they produce, sell, and teach natural soaps and natural cosmetics, and even first-timers can follow the friendly guidance and take their finished products home.

What makes Nuchi Workshop special
Using Gongju chestnut inner-shell powder (yulpi) and chestnut honey, you will create soaps filled with local stories.
Follow step-by-step guidance, make it yourself, and take your finished products home.
On the Goma Soap course, you can walk around Gomsadang while listening to the owner’s commentary, based on their knowledge of Gongju’s history and culture.

This is a hands-on experience where you make two types of soap, chestnut soap and chestnut-honey soap, using yulpi (chestnut inner-shell powder) and chestnut honey, specialty products of Gongju.

Goma Soap & Gomsadang Stroll Experience

In this course, you will make a facial cleansing soap by adding yulpi and chestnut honey to a soap mold shaped after the “Stone Bear Statue” of the Goma-naru Gomsadang, then take a walk around Gomsadang while the soap sets.
