STEP 2 · 60 minIndividual setting and natural-acoustic salon performance, Black RoomA space where the boundary between stage and audience completely disappears. With only 40 seats, enjoy VIP tea and snack service (traditional tea and handmade traditional sweets) while experiencing microphone-free pansori, yeonhui (traditional performing arts), and traditional dance up close, and engaging with the performers.

Right outside the theater, there’s a walking path along Seoul’s historic fortress wall, which holds over 600 years of history. After the performance, we recommend taking a relaxed stroll there with someone special. (Free walking path)

Can I understand it even if I don’t know much about traditional Korean performances?

Throughout the performance, a dedicated docent stays by your side and clearly, engagingly explains the hidden meanings and cultural context behind each piece, helping you appreciate and enjoy traditional Korean performing arts more easily.

When can I take photos?

In the White Room, you can take photos freely before and after the performance, and in the Black Room, photos are only allowed during the curtain call.

What hands-on activities are included?

It includes the artist talkback, trying on hanbok, gat (traditional hat), and jokduri (traditional ceremonial headpiece), plus a traditional instrument experience (gayageum and buk).
