• Yeonnam Seosikdang Cheonho Branch is a beef short ribs specialty restaurant with over 70 years of tradition dating back to 1953, and it is the second location of Yeonnam Seosikdang, a Sinchon icon selected as a Seoul Future Heritage.
• They trim the beef short ribs in-house, carefully removing fat, tendons, and membranes one by one to bring out a tender, pleasantly chewy texture.
• They make and use Yeonnam Seosikdang’s signature soy sauce marinade in-house, and because the meat is seasoned in the morning and grilled over charcoal, you can enjoy a deep, rich flavor.
• With a single-menu focus on beef short ribs, it’s easy for first-time international visitors to order, and they’ve also recently introduced Naengmyeon, a great pairing with galbi.
• They keep the classic flavors of traditional standing galbi, but at the Cheonho branch you can sit and dine comfortably, making it a great place to experience Korean-style charcoal-grilled galbi without any pressure.
