  • Teramove (Moving Meditation: Relaxation for Body and Mind): More than a seated meditation, this is an integrated healing program that naturally connects your body, mind, and thoughts through gentle movements inspired by the Korean aesthetic of “seon” (meditative stillness and flow). It helps you sort through travel fatigue and a busy mind with rhythmic movement, resetting your condition in the softest way possible. 
  • Sound Bath (Resonance Meditation: Emotional Healing): A Sound Bath is a resonance-meditation program that interprets the Eastern philosophy of yin-yang and the five elements through five or more types of sound. Through the deep, mysterious vibrations of the handpan and singing bowls, you can calmly re-balance scattered energy from your travels and experience a soothing release for both body and mind. 
  • Experience Meditation (Hands-on Singing Bowl and Handpan Meditation)  : This is a hands-on meditation program where you can personally try playing singing bowls and the handpan. Beyond simply listening, you’ll feel the resonance through your body and actively participate, making it easy and enjoyable even for first-time visitors.
