| Cheongju Brewing Experience

Through the “Cheongju Brewing Experience,” you can try every step of making cheongju, a traditional Korean liquor, firsthand.

In the “Cheongju Brewing Experience,” you cool freshly cooked, steaming rice, mix in nuruk (traditional fermentation starter), and knead it together to complete the most important step of brewing cheongju.

Cheongju is fermented by placing the kneaded steamed rice and nuruk into an onggi (earthenware jar) sterilized over straw fire.
| Soju Distilling Experience
In the “soju Distilling Experience,” you can learn the traditional soju-making process by distilling pre-made cheongju using a sojugori (a jar-shaped soju distillation device).

When you pair the liquor you made yourself with delicious side dishes made with care, you can enjoy the deep flavors of Korean traditional liquor even more.
