1. Request Your Consultation

Consultation times are automatically adjusted to your local time zone, so simply select the date and time that works best for you and pay the deposit. 
The deposit will be fully refunded the day after your consultation.

2. Check Your Confirmation Emails

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive two separate emails at the email address associated with your Creatrip account:

• One email with your consultation guide voucher
• One email with your Google Meet link

Please review the consultation guide carefully in advance, and on the day of your consultation, join the session using the Google Meet link sent to you by email.

3. Join Your Online Consultation

At your reserved time, join the Google Meet link sent to your email.

• Consultations last up to 30 minutes.
• Please join at your scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten your consultation or affect your reserved time slot.
