This is a place where you can enjoy working out more with the Megaformer in a sensory space! If I lived nearby, it's a place I'd want to go every day!! Especially teacher Yona, who is there in the mornings. She gently builds strong muscles. Highly recommended. 👍

The studio was very professionally run, and the staff were very friendly and fluent in English. I took two classes, Basic Core and Stretch & Relax, and both were fantastic. The Basic Core class was more intense than my usual Reformer classes. The Stretch & Relax class was a great complement to the Basic Core class. I loved the relaxing aromatherapy oils and hand cream at the beginning of the class. I also enjoyed the variety of music that played along with the pace of the class.

My instructor (Yona) was particularly attentive and made sure I was doing the movements correctly. I was able to communicate effectively in English, and her warmth, kindness, and encouragement made for an unforgettable experience.

I visited the Core Museum Studio twice during my trip, and I absolutely loved it.
The instructors are meticulous about technique and meticulous about every detail, making the entire experience both aesthetically pleasing and highly effective. The core-activating and strengthening exercises leave you feeling balanced, energetic, and energized.
The calm yet powerful atmosphere is perfect for a meaningful and healthy time.
The instructors also speak fluent English, making everything feel comfortable. I look forward to returning to Korea for classes.

I took a Basic Coreformer class, and it was a refreshing experience. The aesthetics were truly stunning. The studio was beautiful, as pictured, and the new machines might seem a bit overwhelming, but the instructors and owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even if you don't speak Korean, it's okay. They provide explanations in English and help with each movement. They also responded quickly to online inquiries.
