The location was super easy to find - just a minute walk from Yaksu Station! Learning about Chunpoong Brewery's 100-year brewing heritage while tasting their makgeolli made the whole experience so much more meaningful. Their signature "Miju" was absolutely incredible with those subtle fruit and vanilla notes - so refined and smooth!

The tour from the 1st floor brewing facilities to the 3rd floor exhibition hall was fascinating. Seeing how traditional Korean brewing techniques blend with cutting-edge technology was really eye-opening. Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything in detail.

I was also impressed by how smooth Creatrip's booking system was! The description was so detailed and comprehensive that I knew exactly what to expect and what was included in the tour. Made the booking decision super easy with no hesitation at all! 👍

This place is perfect for anyone interested in Korean traditional liquor culture, especially if you're bringing international friends. The 2 hours just flew by!

The staff at Chunpoong brewery is friendly and passionate about the craft. They are knowledgeable in sharing the heritage and history of Makgeolli not only of their brewery, but also the history of Makgeolli making in korea. The pairing and tasting session is lovely. The food is yummy too! Not to forget the dessert served. Will definitely come back just for the makgeolli and jeon :) Highly recommended!

If you’re even slightly curious about Korean culture or traditional alcohol, this tour is a must. I booked Tour B, and I was honestly blown away by the entire experience—from the craftsmanship of the brewing process to the serene atmosphere of the hanok-inspired architecture. It felt like stepping into a quiet world where time slows down, and every sip tells a story.

The welcome cocktail was a nice touch to start, and the guided tour gave a great balance between history, technique, and cultural appreciation. I loved that everything—from the tasting to the food pairing—was intentional and high-quality. The makgeolli was unlike anything I’d tried before—refreshing, nuanced, and perfectly matched with seasonal Korean dishes.

What stood out most was the sincerity of the team. You could tell they really cared about preserving and sharing this part of Korean heritage. Also, being just a minute from Yaksu Station made it incredibly easy to find.
