<2025 The 2nd MY PACE Hangang Triathlon Festival> is a sports festival where participants complete swimming, biking, and running without ranking or record competition.
It's a special opportunity to experience swimming in the Han River!
You can earn a special commemorative medal. You'll be able to take home a sense of achievement and a fantastic souvenir. Additionally, all participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt to cherish the memories of the festival. Wearing the t-shirt and taking a photo at the Han River would be perfect.

You can choose a course that matches your fitness level, so you can enjoy the festival without any pressure.
You can mingle with locals while enjoying the beautiful Han River. It's an opportunity to experience Korean culture through exercise.
1. Beginner 15K
🏊♀️ Swimming Course Choose 1:
Han River Swimming 300m (Ttukseom Han River Park Outdoor Pool): Only experienced swimmers can participate / Participants must be 13 years or older (born before January 1, 2012) / Swimming 300m has a break time from 12 to 1 PM
Swimming Pool 200m (Han River Water Safety Education Center): Participants must be over 100cm tall / Participants must be 5 years or older (born before January 1, 2020)
🏃♀️ Running 5km: Start at Ttukseom Han River Park -> Under Olympic Bridge (turnaround) -> Arrive at Ttukseom Han River Park
🚲 Cycling 10km: Start at Ttukseom Han River Park -> Jungnangcheon Bridge -> Yongbi Bridge Rotary (turnaround) -> Arrive at Ttukseom Han River Park
2. Advanced 31K
🏊♀️ Swimming Course: Han River Crossing 1km (From the south side of Jamsil weir to the north side of Jamsil weir)
Participants must be 13 years or older (born on or before January 1, 2012)
Only experienced swimmers may participate / Experience in triathlon is recommended / Full body suits are mandatory / Only operating from 08:00 to 14:00 / For safe event operations, individual start times may vary based on swimming participation method (individual start times will be announced later)
🏃♀️ Running 10km: Start at Ttukseom Han River Park -> Near Gwangjin Information Library (turnaround) -> Arrive at Ttukseom Han River Park
🚲 Cycling 20km: Start at Ttukseom Han River Park -> Jungnangcheon Bridge -> Below Banpo Bridge (turnaround) -> Arrive at Ttukseom Han River Park
