I took 10 2-on-1 classes, and it was a really satisfying class👍 I'm a total beginner in Pilates, but the teacher taught me customized Pilates according to my body condition for each class, so I enjoyed the class without realizing how time flew by. She encouraged me during each class and taught me professionally and kindly, so I registered for more after finishing all 10 classes. Thanks to the passionate teacher, my posture seems to be improving and my strength is increasing, so I'm very grateful. It's a practical class in many ways because she teaches movements that can be applied in daily life. I highly recommend it👍👍👍👍👍

The teacher is very passionate and professional! A friend of mine is an old Pilates instructor, so I searched for an academy near Hongdae and said this would be a good place, so I registered for a duet lesson. The instructor teaches at a level that beginners can understand, and I feel like I can do movements that I didn't think I could do at first. I'm still a beginner, but I feel like I've really gotten into Pilates by learning from the instructor~! I registered for 3 more months after the basic class because I wanted to learn more in detail. If you're a beginner and want to learn basic Pilates with proper equipment, I highly recommend this place! :)

I live in Japan. I wanted to take Pilates classes in Korea, a country that is advanced in the field, so I searched for a studio that offered lessons in English and found Jenny.

I had the impression that it was harder than the average lesson in Japan. But she taught me carefully.

The location is within walking distance of Hongik University and Sangsu.
The cherry blossoms in front of the studio were in full bloom, and I loved the instruction to "look towards the cherry blossoms" instead of "look up"!

I'd love to go to Korea to take Jenny's lessons again!

I did some Pilates, and I liked the Staut Pilates equipment and instructors.. There are almost no places with Staut instructors and equipment in Mapo-gu, but there was one in Hapjeong. The instructors were all kind, so I tried it out in a group and registered. I'm so excited for the future~

This is my third re-registration since last year. I was hesitant about other types of exercise, but I registered after a friend recommended it. Jenny Won and Teacher Heewon make the classes so fun, and I'm having fun exercising while feeling various stimulations from the various equipment. 😀👍🏽

Since it's a 4:1 small group class, I think they look after me more meticulously and carefully. Thanks to Jenny Pilates, I've been able to enjoy exercising as a workout nomad, and the neck and shoulder pain I had while working has also been greatly reduced!! I love the class👍🏽
