How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.

• Please reserve your desired date and time on the reservation page.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• If you're more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
• Please bring your ID (passport) and booking details for identity verification.
• If you want to rent a hanbok, please arrive 20 minutes early.
• You cannot leave while wearing the hanbok.
• A minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 8 people can participate.
• Private classes are for 2-4 people, and you can select an additional option for extra participants, up to a maximum of 8 people.
• Since One-day lessons and Miniature Making are different products, please book both accordingly if you want to do them consecutively.
• Participants must be at least 10 years old, and companions can join under the guidance of a guardian (no experience).
• In case of damage to the Gayageum or other instruments, you will need to compensate for the personal loss. Handle the instruments carefully as they are expensive products.
• Due to the nature of one-day classes, you cannot enter once the class has started. Please adhere to your reservation time.
• Please refrain from bringing food, or other items that may pose safety risks or damage the facility.
