• Please make a reservation at least 3 days before departure.
• Departure days:
  • Every Tuesday to Sunday
  • The hot air balloon operates once a day at sunrise according to sunrise time.
  • The take-off location and time may change to provide the optimal flight route depending on weather conditions like wind direction and speed.
• Eligible passengers: Available for ages 37 months and older (Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian)
• Ineligible passengers: Elderly, pregnant women, those who do not follow the pilot's instructions
• Included: Round-trip pickup service from Gongju Station and Buyeo Terminal, free flight in a hot air balloon + pickup, certificate
• Not included: Transportation to Gongju Station/Buyeo Terminal, personal meal expenses, personal expenses, travel insurance
• Preparation items:
  • Passport or Alien Registration Card
  • Boarding attire: Comfortable and casual clothing (Recommend winter jackets in winter) and no sandals or high-heeled shoes
  • Bring individual drinking water

How to Reserve

1. Click 'Reserve' on the spot page to book the product according to the date and number of people.

2. The reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 days after the reservation is completed.

3. Please make sure to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early. The experience departs on time.

4. Enjoy the experience comfortably.

• On-site staff and pickup drivers can only communicate in basic English using a translator.
• Please make a reservation for the hot air balloon according to the number of people.
• It is available from 37 months, and children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• When making a reservation, please provide the English name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, gender information, and weight.
• Please bring your passport or alien registration card.
• The assembly time is confirmed three days before the flight based on sunrise and weather and re-verified the day before the flight. (To be sent by the company.)
• The pickup time and boarding location will be provided before the tour. (To be sent by the company.)
  If you would like to be picked up, please indicate this in the additional information when making your reservation.
  Please individually arrive at the pickup location (Gongju Station, Buyeo Terminal).
  Pickup will take place approximately 20 minutes before the gathering at the take-off site.
• Children's fare is from 37 months to under 12 years, and adult fare applies to those 12 years and older.
• Please make sure to check the information provided via email or contact number submitted prior to the experience.
• We recommend purchasing individual travel insurance.
• In case of worsening local weather conditions on the day of the experience, the flight may be canceled, and a refund or change of flight date can be requested.
• No refund is possible if arrival is delayed due to personal reasons such as traffic accidents or traffic congestion.
• If you cannot participate in the experience due to not checking the information provided, cancellation and refund are not possible.
• The date and time of cancellation requests follow Korean time.
• If you bring a wheelchair or stroller, please let us know in advance at help@creatrip.com.

Hot Air Balloon Site Precautions

• Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early. We will depart for the hot air balloon location after the scheduled time for the other customers.
• Please carry identification (passport, alien registration card) for verification.
• Pregnant women, elderly people, children under 36 months, and those who do not follow the pilot's instructions are not allowed to board.
• Long pants and sneakers are recommended, and wear comfortable and easy clothing. Sandals and high heels are prohibited.
• Please bring your own water.
• Upon arrival, please read and complete the 'Hot Air Balloon Experience Flight Agreement'.
• Tripods, selfie sticks longer than 30cm, and large bags are not allowed.
• Schedules may change depending on weather conditions. *In case of strong winds over 5M/SEC, rain, or fog, whereby securing visibility is difficult, the flight may not be possible.
