Hot Air Balloon Experience 2 Days & 1 Night Tour | Buyeo Sky Banner

• Please make a reservation at least 3 days before departure.
• Departure Days:
  • Monday~Saturday
  • The hot air balloon flight will take place at sunrise on the second day.
• Total number of people for the tour: minimum 2 people ~ maximum 6 people
• Eligible passengers: 37 months and older (children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian)
• Ineligible passengers: elderly persons, pregnant women, those who do not follow pilot's instructions
• Included: Accommodation (based on double occupancy), round-trip pick-up service from Gongju Station and Buyeo Terminal (recommended to use KTX), hot air balloon free flight + pick-up, certificate, snacks, champagne
• Excluded: Transportation to Gongju Station/Buyeo Terminal, personal meal expenses, personal expenses, traveler insurance, barbecue charcoal cost (20,000 KRW)
• What to prepare:
  • Passport or alien registration card
  • Attire: Comfortable and casual attire (warm clothing such as a winter jacket recommended) and no sandals or high heels
  • Each passenger should bring their own drinking water

How to Reserve 

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days.
3. Please make sure to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early. The tour departs on time. 
4. Enjoy the tour! 

Time Change | Gongju Station and Buyeo Terminal (Meeting time will be notified 3 days prior based on sunrise and weather conditions, and confirmed again the day before the flight after checking the weather)

• Day 1: Buyeo Baengmagang Leisure Park Caravan Check-in 15:00 Check-in
• Day 2: Assemble at 6:00 AM (Summer: AM 05:30 ~ 06:00 / Winter: AM 07:00 ~ 07:30)

During Reservation

• Field staff and pickup drivers can only communicate basic English through translation apps.
• Please make a reservation according to the actual number of people riding the hot air balloon. 
• This experience is only available for those over 37 months old. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. 
• When making a reservation, please provide your English name as written in your passport, date of birth, gender, and weight.
• Please make sure to bring your passport or Alien Registration Card for ID verification. 
• The meeting time on the second day will be confirmed after checking the sunrise and weather three days before, and again the day before the flight. (It will be sent by the company.)
• The pickup time and boarding location on the first day will be notified before the tour. (It will be sent by the company.)
• If you wish for pickup, please fill out the additional information when booking.
• Please arrive individually at the first day's pickup point (Gongju Station, Buyeo Terminal).
• The second-day pickup will be conducted about 20 minutes before the gathering at the launch site, only within Buyeo city.
• Please be sure to check the guidance provided through the email or contact number submitted before the tour.
• Travel insurance is not provided. We recommend signing up for one separately. 
• The tour schedule is subject to change depending on the weather. *If the onsite weather exceeds 5M/SEC strong winds, rain, or fog that makes visibility difficult, the flight is not possible.
• The balloon ride may be canceled if weather conditions worsen on the day of your experience. You can request a refund or reschedule your booking. 
• Refunds are not available if delayed arrival is due to personal reasons such as traffic accidents or traffic congestion.
• Cancelations and refunds are not possible if you miss the tour due to not checking the provided information. 
• Cancelation requests are processed based on KST (Korean Standard Time).
• If you are bringing a wheelchair or stroller, please notify us at help@creatrip.com in advance.

During Hot Air Balloon Ride 

• Please make sure to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early. The hot air balloon ride departs exactly at sunrise. 
• Please bring an ID (passport, alien registration card) for personal identification.
• The takeoff location and time may be subject to change depending on the weather conditions like wind direction and speed to ensure the best flight path.
• You must read and sign the 'Hot Air Balloon Ride Agreement' upon arrival at the site.
• Tripods, selfie sticks over 30cm, and large bags are not allowed onboard.
• Pregnant women, the elderly, children under 36 months, and anyone who cannot follow pilot instructions are not allowed to board.
• Each passenger should bring their own drinking water.
• Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes (long pants and sneakers are recommended). Sandals and high heels are prohibited.
