Korea Long-Term Stay ExperienceㅣLocal Stitch Seogyo (near Hongik Univ. Station)

1. Please fill in all the requested information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Please complete the full payment.
3. Your reservation will be confirmed within 3 business days after the payment is completed. If you need to change the reservation date, you will be informed via email or social media accounts.
4. Please check in at the reception on the first basement floor.

Check-in

• Please visit the reception on the B1 floor upon arrival.
• Check-in is available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, you can leave your luggage and return during the check-in hours (same-day only).
• Complete the online space usage agreement and register your deposit card information.
• After receiving your room key card, proceed to your assigned room.

Late Check-in

• If you will arrive at the accommodation after 8:00 PM, please inform us in advance via email at help@creatrip.com.
• A late check-in guide will be provided, and your room key card and move-in guide will be prepared at the reception.
• Please visit the reception the next day between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM to complete the online space usage agreement and deposit card registration.

Check-out

• The check-out inspection and check-out process take place between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the last day of your stay. Please return your key card at the Welcome Desk on B1.
• Check-out inspections begin at 10:00 AM, so please be prepared in advance.
• During check-out, a Creator Town Seogyo manager will inspect the room with you, and the process will take about 10 minutes.
• Inspection items: Personal belongings cleared, bathroom (bidet, bathtub, shower, etc.), sink, blinds, lighting, two living boxes, mattress and waterproof pad cleanliness, wallpaper condition.

Other

• If you arrive earlier than the move-in date, you cannot stay in the same room, but you can pay an additional fee on the Creator Town Seogyo official website to stay.
• If you want to stay longer at Localstitch after check-out, you can pay an additional fee on the Creator Town Seogyo official website to stay.
• However, extension is not possible in the same room you stayed in.
• Laundry and room cleaning services are not provided separately.
• Please use the communal laundry room (washer, dryer) in the basement.
• If you wish to change the bedding, please visit the reception and apply at least one day in advance. (It may be difficult on Fridays and Saturdays due to high check-in volume.)

Accommodation

• Amenities Provided: All-in-one wash (shampoo, body wash, soap), hair dryer, 3 regular towels, 1 body towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper.
• Towel & Toilet Paper: Guests must wash and reuse towels using the shared laundry facilities. Additional toilet paper is not provided.
• Breakfast: Not included. If desired, visit POUS at the Town Lounge (B1F) between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM to purchase breakfast for KRW 12,000.
• Room Usage: All rooms are for single occupancy. Additional guests require a separate room reservation.
• Cooking & Dining: Cooking and eating are not allowed in the rooms. Please use the shared kitchen at the Town Lounge (B1F).
• Reception Hours: The reception desk operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For inquiries outside these hours, please contact the corporate phone.
• Transportation: No transportation is provided from the airport. Please use public transportation, such as the Airport Railroad to Hongik Univ. Station or Airport Bus No. 6002.
• Deposit: A deposit card will be registered at check-in. Additional charges may apply for any damages or room violations.
