Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable after purchase.
Exchange or refund requests due to standing entrance numbers and seats after ticket purchase are not allowed.
The standing entry number, seating, and performance order might change depending on the circumstances of the event organizers. Unless the organizers announce a cancellation/refund, refunds due to changes in the lineup are not possible.
Illegal reservations by non-foreigners will result in cancellation without a refund.
