How to Reserve

3. Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before. The tour will start on time.

Cancelation Policy

Reservation changes and cancellations allowed up to 14 days before visit (100% refund)
Changes and cancellations available up to 7-13 days before departure (50% refund)
No changes or cancellations of reservations allowed 1-6 days before departure (non-refundable)
Cancellations and changes are not allowed within 24 hours of departure.
If you wish to cancel the transaction after the credit card payment is completed, a 5% processing fee will be charged.

To cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during business hours.
Cancellation or change requests received after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.

Things To Keep In Mind

Please arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting place.
Children aged 3 to 12 years are charged the child's rate. Children aged 12 years and over are charged the adult rate. Children under 36 months are free. (Meals, car seats, tickets, etc. are not provided for free children.)
If travel is impossible due to extreme natural disasters, the departure date can be changed for free or a full refund can be given.
Please strictly adhere to the meeting time. Late arrivals may be considered a no-show, and refunds will not be possible.
1-day, 2-day, and 3-day tour customers will depart in the same vehicle.
No personal travel insurance is included in the itinerary. Outdoor activities come with certain risks, so customers should assess their participation based on their health status or ability. In the event of accidents or unpredictable factors causing physical damage due to force majeure, the company is not responsible.

Ski/Snowboard

If you need private ski/snowboard lessons, same-day reservations are not possible; advance reservations are required.
Beginner ski lessons will accommodate 15-17 students per instructor.
The minimum size for ski equipment is 17cm in foot length, and the minimum size for snowboard equipment is 21cm in foot length. If children under 3 years old want to ski, you can check with the guide on site to see if the smallest size equipment fits. If it fits, you can pay on site.
If you choose to switch to snowboarding, we will rent you snowboard equipment instead of ski equipment for free.
To enter the ski area, you must wear ski clothes and equipment. Free children and non-skiers must stay in the waiting area since they do not have clothing and equipment.
Ski lift tickets can be purchased on site. Guides and ski instructors can speak Chinese, English, and Korean.
Please take good care of the rental equipment. If damaged or lost, charges will be applied based on the price (if goggles are lost, 30,000 won will be charged per pair).

Accommodation

During the Christmas and New Year's holidays, there is a high demand for rooms, so please check room availability before making a reservation. (December 24th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, January 24th - February 1st, 2025)
Traffic conditions are difficult to control, and the above schedule may be adjusted based on on-site circumstances.
SONO Ski Resort (Building/room type cannot be specified and will be assigned on the day of check-in. If you have any special requests, please include them in the comments.)
Rooms are assigned according to the hotel's arrangement and cannot be changed on the day of the tour.
If you want to have breakfast at the hotel, please arrive at the restaurant by 8:30 AM at the latest.
If you wish to use a single room, an additional room surcharge must be paid.
After hotel checkout, 500 won coins (4 per suitcase) are required for luggage and item storage, so please prepare in advance.
Resorts provide 5 towels. Additional towels require an extra fee.
Rooms are equipped with bedding sets, a TV, a telephone, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a hair dryer.
