Drone Video Shooting Experience in Gyeongbokgung

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Please proceed with the full payment. 
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there's a need to change the reservation date or time, you'll be contacted via email or messenger apps.
4. During your visit, please show your reservation details to the staff. 

Meeting Point

• Please make sure to arrive on your reserved date and time. As it is a 100% reservation system, you must not arrive late.
• Since Gyeongbokgung Palace is a national heritage site, drone shooting is not allowed inside. Please note that the short interior scenes in the sample video were shot and edited using a camera. 
• Please note that drone operations proceed with national permission. There may be changes or cancelations based on the national flight time control.
• The shooting schedule and availability will be confirmed after 8 PM the day before or once we receive approval from the licensing department. We appreciate your understanding that the final schedule can only be confirmed the day before. 
• If you want to adjust your schedule due to time changes, we can reschedule. If not, we will provide a refund.
• The drone has basic waterproofing, so filming is possible in light rain or drizzle. 
• Communication is possible only in basic English.
• If you take a look at the sample video beforehand, you can save time and make the video more efficient. 
• The photo files sent via email have a set download period. After this period, downloads will not be possible.
