1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the deposit payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you'll be contacted via email or messenger app.
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.
5. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you've already paid.

During your visit

1. Go up to the 2nd floor and show your Creatrip reservation details to the staff.
2. Wait for a moment in the lobby.
3. When your name is called, you will be guided to the consultation room to receive 1:1 consultation about the procedure you will undergo, including the process, sequence, and duration of the treatment.
4. Follow the instructions and receive your treatment.
5. At the information desk, you'll receive detailed instructions and recommendations for post-treatment care.
6. After your treatment, make sure to take your retouch card. If necessary, you can get a prescription and take or apply the medication from a nearby pharmacy.

• Avoid alcohol and smoking for one week after the procedure to ensure smooth skin regeneration.
• Temporary issues such as irritation, swelling, bruising, or redness may occur after the procedure but will subside soon. If they persist, contact help@creatrip.com.
• A deposit payment is required to complete the reservation. The remaining amount should be paid at the clinic on the day of your visit.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Bring your passport to receive a 7-10% tax refund. Ensure you have your passport with you if you wish to claim this benefit. 
• A maximum of two people can be treated per session.
• Please complete your reservation at least two days in advance.
• Cancellations and refunds are possible up to three days before the reservation date. After this, no refunds will be issued.
