Wide Mobile USIM Card | Cheongju Airport Pick-up

1. Select your SIM card pickup date when making a reservation, then choose your data and plan duration.
2. The date you select during booking is the SIM card pickup date.
3. Due to the nature of prepaid SIMs, cancellations or suspensions are not possible.
4. The USIM must be used within 2 months from the purchase date.
5. After arriving in Korea, connect to the airport's free WiFi and visit the designated pickup location to receive your SIM.
6. The unlimited plan provides a total of 15GB during the usage period, after which unlimited data is available at 3Mbps.
7. For Option 1 & 2
   • Usage days reset based on the activation time.
   • Data resets based on the activation time (activation time = when connected to the local network).
8. For Option 3
   • Usage days reset at midnight (Korean time).

How to Activate

1. Check the location of your phone’s SIM tray.
2. Use a SIM pin to eject the SIM tray.
3. Remove the SIM card from the package.
4. Match the SIM card shape with the SIM tray and insert it properly.
5. Fully insert the SIM tray back into the phone.
6. Restart your phone to connect to the network.
7. If a data roaming pop-up appears, select “Confirm.”
8. Check the mobile network signal at the top right (next to the antenna) to ensure proper connection.

Compatible Devices

• Can only be used on devices with a built-in USIM module.
• Refunds or compensation are not available due to incompatibility, so please check if your device is supported before purchasing.
• Compatible devices may be added later depending on the manufacturer's policy.
• Devices with a country lock cannot use the USIM service. Please unlock your device before use.
• For unsupported devices or other inquiries, please check with the manufacturer.

  • iPhone: iPhone 7 and later models.
  • Android: Devices released after 2016 with OS version 6.0 or higher.
  • International Models: Xiaomi and Huawei devices released after 2016.

Incompatible Devices

• Samsung Galaxy Series: All J series, S5 or earlier, A5 or earlier, All Wide series
• LG Series: LG X series, V10
• Other Devices (Including International Models): Carrier-customized (made-to-order) or manufacturer-distributed models, All international models of Luna Phone, Pantech, Sony, and BlackBerry

Other 

• Please note that the smartphones released before 2016 are not recommended for use. 
• Once you placed the USIM, please restart your phone. 
• Refunds or compensation will not be provided for data compatibility issues with incompatible devices.
