The pickup time may be adjusted to facilitate smooth entry to the DMZ. If adjustments are necessary, the guide will inform you of the time change one day before the tour.
Please make sure to verify the information provided via the email or contact submitted the day before the tour.
If you fail to check the information and miss the tour, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
Please provide the passport information of all participants at the time of booking. Please submit the passport number, full name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and gender.
All participants must bring their passports on the tour day to enter the DMZ.
Reservations cannot be made for minors alone. At least one adult must accompany the minor.
Please make sure to choose a shuttle bus pickup location when making a reservation.
The itinerary may change on the day due to weather and traffic conditions.
Please arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting place. To accommodate other customers, the tour will proceed to the next stop if you are late.

If you do not attend due to lateness, refunds will not be provided. Please arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes in advance.
Children under 24 months are free. However, bus seats and admission tickets are not provided.
