Yeinbang Hanbok

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, you'll be notified through e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

• The on-site makeup program does not include hair styling. We recommend finding a rental service for traditional Korean attire (hanbok) that includes hairstyling.
• Bringing photos of your desired style can help achieve the look you want.
• In the payment step, please enter the name of the Hanbok rental company handling the on-site makeup service.
• The makeup artist may reach out before arrival, so keep an eye on your email and social media.
• Refunds aren’t available if the service can’t proceed due to an incorrect Hanbok rental company.
• Apply only basic skincare, like toner and lotion, beforehand.

Yeinbang Hanbok

• Free items: lockers, hair accessories, hairpins, rear flowers, plate hair, beessi ribbon, ribbons, underpants, underskirts, hats, shoes, socks
• Makeup and photography services are not provided.
• Please make sure to reserve your desired dat and time accurately on the reservation page.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
• Please make a reservation according to the actual number of visitors.
• During busy times, you may have to wait for a certain period.
• If you want to add items other than the reserved ones, please make an additional payment on-site.
• Please store valuables, shoes, and personal items in the locker.
• We are not responsible for any lost items not stored in the locker.
• Adult hanbok sizes are available up to a chest circumference of 120 cm. Even if your chest circumference is 120 cm or less, dress options may be limited or not fit depending on your hip and shoulder shape.
• Experts will recommend suitable Hanboks, but if you have a specific preference, please inform us on-site.
• If you are not satisfied with the Hanbok, please request a change on-site. Refunds are not available for simple change of mind after the rental.
• You can try on skirts and jackets twice. (An additional 2,000 KRW will be charged for each extra try-on.)
• Store staff will assist you in trying on hanboks.
• A late fee of 5,000 KRW will be charged for every 2 hours if the hanbok is returned late due to personal negligence.
• Men's and children's (1-14 years old) costumes are also available.
• Changing time is included in the rental period. 
• Detailed hanbok designs cannot be decided in advance and will be determined on-site.
• For light-colored or see-through tops, we recommend wearing beige or white undergarments as underwear may be visible.
• Yeinbang reserves the right to charge the full cost of cleaning or repair in case of hanbok contamination or damage.
• In case of serious contamination, damage, or loss of hanbok, 100% of the hanbok cost must be compensated.
