1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the deposit payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you'll be contacted via email or messenger app.
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.

Before Your Visit

1. Once your reservation is confirmed, K-POP TATTO Studio will contact you to design the draft.
2. There'll be an online consultation and you'll create designs with K-POP TATTO Studio. 
   * The exact amount will be determined during the consultation.
3. Visit the studio on the scheduled date to proceed with the procedure.

Before the procedure

• If you couldn’t enter contact information during the reservation process, please send it to help@creatrip.com.

• If you do not receive a design confirmation after the reservation is confirmed, please contact us at official Instagram page.
• The price may vary depending on design details and size, and additional payment may be required on site.
 
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled.
 
• Tattoos are only available for those aged 19 or older. Even with parental consent, those under 19 cannot receive tattoos.

After the procedure 

• Do not scratch or touch the treated area after the procedure.
• Remove the sanitary wrap two hours after the procedure.
• Gently wash the area and apply plenty of after-cream or moisturizer.
• Apply after-cream or moisturizer when it feels dry during daily activities. Excessive use may hinder skin regeneration.
• Avoid unsanitary places (public baths, saunas, swimming pools), UV exposure (tanning), and excessive exercise after the procedure.
• Minimize irritation to the treated area, such as scratching due to excessive friction from tight clothing or itching.
• When washing the treated area, use only soap. Do not scrub with a brush.
• Peeling is a natural occurrence after the procedure. Do not forcibly remove it; let it fall off naturally.
• It may temporarily itch or peel 2-3 days after the procedure, but do not scratch or touch it.
• The skin recovery period varies depending on the skin, and it takes about two weeks.
