2. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 1-2 days.

3. Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point by 10 minutes before. The tour will depart on time.

• Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early. For the sake of other customers, the tour will depart to the next stop immediately after the scheduled time. There is no refund if you arrive late or do not show up.
• The itinerary may be subject to slight changes depending on road conditions, traffic situations, and the status of tourist sites.
• The tour departs even on rainy or snowy days, but if the weather conditions are severely unfavorable, the departure date may be changed or a refund will be issued.
• The reservation may be canceled if the minimum number of people is not met. In this case, a 100% refund will be given.

• Regarding Option 1 reservations, in case the Balwangsan Cable Car is not operating due to strong winds, the schedule will be adjusted to an alternative plan.
