How to Reserve

1. Please fill in the required information in detail

2. Please proceed with full payment

3. After the payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and the voucher will be sent.

4. Please make sure to arrive in front of the ESTEBAN yacht at Gate 3 at least 20 minutes before departure. (ID required) 

*No refunds or rescheduling are possible for late arrivals or no-shows on the day of.

5. Please show the voucher to the staff, then fill out the boarding declaration form.

6. Enjoy your tour comfortably.

• Please be sure to arrive in front of the ESTEBAN yacht at Gate 3 at least 20 minutes before departure. (Passport or ID required)
• We must verify the passport or ID of all passengers, so please bring your passport or ID for boarding.
• This tour is available for ages 3 and up, and for children under 3 a guardian consent form is required.
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• The public tour can depart with a minimum of 2 people; if the minimum number is not met, we will notify you by email, and you will be asked to cancel or change the date.
• When purchasing 2 tickets, free tickets are provided for preschool children (under 8) and those over 75. (Passport or ID is required)
• The maximum capacity of the yacht is 12 people, including the captain.
• Life jackets must be worn when boarding and refrain from personal activities in areas without safety guards.
• Operating hours may vary depending on the season. (Closed in February 2025)
• The yacht departs normally on rainy days, but the course may be changed depending on the weather conditions, and the tour may be canceled due to bad weather or special safety situations.
• Pregnant women, those with respiratory diseases or surgery history, those needing hearing aids or earplugs, and those who are hungover or have been drinking on the tour day cannot participate for safety reasons.
• Wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted for safety reasons. Portable baby car seats are allowed but must be supervised by a guardian as they cannot be secured.
• If you are prone to motion sickness, please prepare motion sickness medication. If you are not in good health, you may be denied participation in the tour.
• Smoking is prohibited on the yacht, and fines will be imposed on the spot if caught.
• Only simple beverages, excluding food, can be brought on the yacht.
