- Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.
- During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.
- During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you`ve already paid.

- Cancellations 3 days before: Full Refund
- Cancellations 2 days before: No Refund
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Please reserve your desired date and time on the reservation page.
- Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
- Please shampoo your hair before coming to your appointment. An additional fee of 22,000 KRW will be charged for shampooing at the salon.
- For hair dye services, additional charges may apply based on hair length or upstyle styling (to be paid on-site).
- To help achieve your desired look, please prepare three reference photos each for hair and makeup.
- Hair services include styling only (no shampoo or cut), so please wash your hair beforehand for the best results.
- Hair and makeup procedures typically take between 1 to 4 hours.
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid at the salon on your appointment day. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Communication is available in English and Japanese.
