Studio Cosmos | Photo Studio with Makeup & Hair Styling Services

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.

• All packages are for individual photo shoots.
• No refunds are available starting 13 days before the shoot, so please double-check your desired date and time.
• The studio operates on a reservation basis, and entry is allowed 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
• ID or passport photos are not available.
• Bringing reference photos (e.g., magazine spreads or hairstyle/makeup ideas) can make the shoot smoother.
• Companions with no reservation are welcomed, but please help us maintain focus during the shoot.
• If companions want to join the shoot, back-to-back sessions can be arranged; please book adjacent time slots.
• Photos taken cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• Final retouched photos may be included in Cosmos Studio’s portfolio.
• There is no extra charge for full-body shots, which can be included upon request.
• If full-body shots are needed, please ensure the soles of your shoes are clean.
• All original photos (JPG) will be sent via email within two days, and retouching takes approximately two weeks after photo selection (fast retouching within 3 days: additional 30,000 KRW per photo).
• Photo printing services are available (210x297mm: 25,000 KRW per print / 100x150mm: 10,000 KRW per print).
• The download link for emailed photos will remain active for 30 days.
• Cosmos Studio focuses on highlighting individual personality and strengths with delicate touch-ups that maintain details (e.g., wrinkles, baby hairs, head shape, shoulder lines, pores) instead of excessive edits.
• Outfits are not provided, so please bring your own clothing.
• Each concept includes one outfit, and changing outfits during the shoot is not allowed.
• A steamer is available in the dressing room.
• A monitoring system allows you to review the shots during the session.
• Basic communication in English is available.

Options A, B, C (Hair and Makeup Not Included)

• You’ll have about 10 minutes to prepare after arriving at your reserved time.
• Hairdryers and styling tools are available.
• Hair-related products such as combs, hair ties, spray, and wax are provided.

Options D, E (Hair and Makeup Included)

• Hair and makeup are provided by the studio's in-house artists, experienced in working with renowned professionals, offering styles tailored to each concept.
• Hair and makeup services are available at your reserved time. (Even if you arrive early, services will only begin at your scheduled time.)
• Applying basic skincare and shampooing before the shoot are recommended.
• If you have sensitive skin, feel free to bring your own skincare products.
• For those with thin or low-volume hair, avoid using conditioner or treatments the day before the shoot.
• Refrain from applying hair essence or oil, as it may appear greasy in photos.
