Departure from desired location

Waiting

  • Airport departure
    • Based on the customer's reserved time, free waiting is possible up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, it is considered a no-show and the reservation will be canceled.
    • It is not possible to wait for delayed flight arrivals, so please choose the reservation time based on the time you exit the airport gate, not the flight arrival time.
  • Departure from desired location: 
    • After confirming with the hotel front desk and checking the customer's checkout status, free waiting is possible based on the customer's reserved time for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, it is considered a no-show and the reservation will be canceled.
  • If it is confirmed that the customer uses another vehicle after checking, it is immediately processed as a no-show and the reservation will be canceled.

Confirmation 

  • An email confirmation will be sent to the customer's email from LANE4 once the reservation is confirmed.
  • Please make sure to check your spam folder as driver and vehicle information will be included.

Fees

  • All fees include pickup service, tolls, and fuel costs.
  • There are no additional fees for early morning/late night service.

Other

  • No smoking in all vehicles.
  • Car seats are available upon request. (Additional cost: 18,000 KRW and may not be available due to limited supply.)
