  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please reserve your desired date and time on the reservation page.
  • Please make sure to arrive on your reserved date and time.
  • Children over 48 months must purchase a ticket, same as adults. Children under 48 months can join for free with a guardian. 
  • Hanbok rental is not included in the price. Usually, entry to Gyeongbokgung Palace is free if you wear a Hanbok. If you choose not to wear Hanbok, you will need to cover the entrance fee separately.
  • Accessories (hats, bags, fans, etc.) are provided free of charge.
  • Each session lasts 40 minutes, and you can freely explore Gyeongbokgung Palace afterward.
  • Please refrain from bringing food, beverages, or items that may pose safety risks or cause damage to the facilities.
  • We are not responsible for accidents or lost belongings due to personal negligence.
  • Basic communication is available in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
