How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.

2. After completing your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent within one business day. (Please note that this ticket is non-cancellable and non-refundable.)

3. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. The tour will depart on time.

Reservation

• The ticket section and seat number for the buyer will be disclosed on the day of the event.
• Detailed information such as entry time and meeting location will be shared via email 2-3 days before the event.
• Tickets must be exchanged for physical tickets at the venue.
• To pick up the reserved tickets on site, you must bring the reservation details and a valid ID (passport, alien registration card) for all members, including the person who made the reservation. (Copies or photos of IDs are not accepted.) If any of the required documents are missing or if the information does not match, ticket pick-up and refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.
• This performance is only available for those aged 15 and over (born on or before November 16, 2009). Entry will not be allowed for those under the age limit, regardless of ticket possession or accompaniment by a guardian.
• Each person can reserve up to 2 tickets per session for this performance.
• If you make a reservation together in a single booking, you will be assigned adjacent seats.
• Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft, and entry will not be permitted without a ticket for any reason. Please take care to keep your tickets safe.
• The responsibility for any damage caused by illegal transactions lies entirely with the purchaser. The organizer, the host, and the ticketing agency are not responsible for any compensation. We ask for your cooperation to avoid such damages.

Entry

• Entrance to the performance will start 2 hours before the show begins. (Operating hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.)
  
• Only ticket holders who made a reservation can enter the venue.
• Visitors should enter with one ticket per person.
• The ticket box will be open 4 hours before the show starts on the day of the performance. (Operating hours of the ticket box may change depending on the situation at the venue.)

Performance

• The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Please make sure to check the prohibited items to avoid any inconveniences.
  • Items that can threaten others (weapons, fireworks, flagpoles, hard material banners, etc.) / glass bottles, cans / all food and beverages except water in PET bottles of 500ml or less and food purchased from Inspire Arena Quick Bites / professional cameras such as DSLRs / recording, recording, and recording equipment such as GoPro, action cameras / portable horns, whistles / large bags (Boston bags, gym bags, suitcases, large backpacks, etc.) / large umbrellas
• All forms of filming and recording, including with smartphones, DSLRs, camcorders, GoPros, and dedicated recording equipment, are prohibited.
• Broadcasting the performance through YouTube Live, Instagram Live Streaming, etc., is prohibited.
• Please refrain from actions that may inconvenience other audience members. Repeated actions may result in sanctions or expulsion by the staff. We ask for your active cooperation to ensure a pleasant viewing experience for everyone.

Photo and Video Shooting

• The venue is a space where official photos, audio, and video recordings are conducted.
• By entering the venue, you acknowledge and agree that recordings for promotional purposes may be released, published, exhibited, or reproduced.
• The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, as well as the method for withdrawing consent, are subject to the company's privacy policy.

Venue

• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the performance hall.
• Please take care of your valuables. The organizers, hosts, and the performance hall are not responsible for any loss or theft due to personal negligence.
