Things To Keep In Mind

Boarding

Airport Departure	1. Driver information is provided at least 1 day before the boarding date
	2. Pre-contact via customer's provided SNS (WhatsApp/Line/KakaoTalk)
	3. Pick-up in front of the customer arrival gate
	4. Customer meeting and transfer/boarding of the vehicle
Departure from desired destination	1. Driver information is provided at least 1 day before the boarding date
	2. Pre-contact via customer's provided SNS (WhatsApp/Line/KakaoTalk)
	3. Vehicle waiting at the customer requested address
	4. Customer meeting and vehicle boarding

Waiting

Airport departure:
- Free waiting is available for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes based on the time booked by the customer. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, it is considered a no-show and the reservation will be canceled.
- Waiting for delayed flights is not possible, so please select the reservation time as the time you exit the immigration gate, not the flight arrival time.
Departure from desired destination:
- Free waiting is available for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes based on the time booked by the customer after confirming the checkout status with the hotel front desk. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, it is considered a no-show and the reservation will be canceled.
- Once it is confirmed that the customer is using another vehicle, the reservation will be immediately treated as a no-show and canceled.

Confirmation

An email confirmation will be sent to the customer's email from LANE4 once the reservation is confirmed.
Please make sure to check your spam folder as driver and vehicle information will be included.

Fees

All fees include pickup service, tolls, and fuel costs.
There are no additional fees for early morning/late night service.

Other

No smoking in all vehicles.
Car seats are available upon request. (Additional cost: 18,000 KRW and may not be available due to limited supply.)
Share rides are not available.
