  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.
  4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.
  5. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you`ve already paid.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 days before: Full Refund
  • Cancellations 2 days before: No Refund
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.
