1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.

• Please reserve your desired date and time on the reservation page.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• If you're more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
• Please make a reservation according to the actual number of people visiting. 
• If you've booked hair or makeup services, please make sure to arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes early.
• We can communicate in Chinese using Papago, and offer basic communication in Japanese and English.
• A neat hairstyle makes it easier to remove the background, so we recommend a clean look for more natural photos.
• We don’t offer clothing rental, so please bring your own outfit.
• The photos we send by email have a limited download period, so make sure to save them before it expires.

On-site Retouching

• All packages: On-site retouching is available.
• If additional retouched photos are requested on-site after the shoot, it will take 2-7 days from the shoot date.
• If you add retouched photos beyond your original package, they will be sent via email afterward to avoid delays for the next scheduled shoots.
