How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 

2. Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 days after completion. You'll receive the ticket via email. 

3. On the day of use, present the voucher at the ticket booth to exchange it for an actual ticket and receive the lift ticket.

4. Go to Dragon Plaza.

5. Fill out the rental ticket with your information. When renting, simply present your ID or credit card to receive a return card. Hand in the return card when you’re done, and you’ll get your ID or credit card back.

The 1-day ticket doesn’t include the 1,000 won deposit, so please pay an extra 1,000 won on-site (refundable upon return). Fill out the rental ticket with your details in this order: Name, Height, Shoe Size, Contact Information, and Residence Area (or nationality).

6. Rent the ski or snowboard you like. 

7. Enjoy winter sports!

• The information desk at Yongpyong Resort offers assistance in English and Chinese, but this doesn’t cover options like ski lessons or the shuttle bus.
• Show your email voucher at the ticket office to collect your tickets.
• Lift tickets don’t include gondola access until the Rainbow Paradise slope opens.
• Voucher usage and lift operation hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Adults are considered ages 13 and up; children are ages 3 to 12.
• A 1,000 KRW deposit isn’t included in the one-day ticket, so an additional 1,000 KRW is required on-site (refundable upon return).
• The minimum size for ski or snowboard boots is 170mm.
• You’ll need to leave an ID or credit card for rentals, which will be returned upon equipment return.
• Same-day reservations and cancellations are not available.
• To switch between skiing and snowboarding, purchase a 39,000 KRW rental ticket at the ticket office.
