The tour operates even on rainy weather (raincoats provided). However, in the event of severe weather (wind, typhoon, heavy rain warning), the tour will be canceled, and a 100% refund will be given.
Smoking is prohibited on the yacht, and fines may be imposed on-site if you smoke.
Drinks can be consumed on the yacht, but food is not allowed.
The travel agency may request adjustments or changes to the time depending on the number of people and the reservation time.
On the day of the reservation, the company may attempt to contact you by phone, text, or messenger using the contact information provided during the reservation for detailed directions. If you do not receive the call and fail to arrive by the reservation time, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.
