3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date/time, you'll be contacted via e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

• This product is exclusively for foreign visitors; Korean nationals are not eligible.
• Group size ranges from 1 to 4 people.
• Available reservation dates depend on pool availability.
• Please let us know if you have freediving experience when booking, as you’ll be assigned to an area suited to your skill level.
• Arriving on time is essential. Late arrivals may result in the experience being canceled without a refund.
• Swim caps are required in the pool. Please bring your personal items, including a towel and shower supplies.
• Underwater photography by a professional is available on-site for an additional 50,000 won (includes 3 edited photos; originals are not provided) and will be sent via email within 3 days.
• To keep the pool clean, avoid actions or attire that could contaminate the water.
• If you wish to use specialized equipment (such as DPV, CCR), please notify the facility in advance.
• Hold onto your identification tag, which indicates your level, and return it along with the key at the end of your session.
• Any damage or loss of provided equipment, whether rented or free, will be the responsibility of the user.
