• Ticket Validity: December 20, 2024. Please check the ticket validity period carefully when making a reservation.
• The combined ticket includes access to both the water park and spa (available on Mondays and Fridays). If you purchase a spa-only ticket, access to the water park is not allowed.
• Hours
  • Water Park: Weekdays/Weekends 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours vary by attraction) *Closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  • Spa/Sauna: Weekdays/Weekends 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM *The water park will be closed from November 17 to November 29 for maintenance (spa & sauna remain open).
• Every Tuesday is cleaning day, closing at 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).
• Rates vary by weekday/weekend and adult/child. (Child: 36 months to 12 years / Adult: 13 years and older)

How to Reserve

1. Please provide detailed essential information.
2. Please proceed with full payment.
3. Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days after payment is completed.
   *If you need to change the reservation date, guidance will be provided via the given email or SNS.
4. Please visit freely within the valid period.
5. Please collect your ticket at the on-site ticket booth after reservation confirmation.
6. Enjoy!

• Please make a reservation according to the number of visitors. Those who do not make a reservation will not be allowed entry.
• This ticket has an expiration date. Please use it within the valid period.
• Tickets can be purchased and used on the same day.
• Operating hours may change due to weather conditions or other reasons.
• According to Article 4, Paragraph 7 of the Public Health Management Act, children aged 4 and above (48 months) are not allowed to enter the bathhouse or changing rooms of the opposite sex.
• Please refrain from riding attractions if you are physically weak, pregnant, afraid of heights, or have other health conditions.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the following items are restricted: food, mats, any glass products, snorkel equipment (including snorkel goggles), fins, diver masks, pets, large water play equipment (each width/length over 1m), strollers, wagons, carts (wheeled transport devices), etc. (* In addition to the above items, you may be asked to restrict or store items that may harm guest safety and water quality hygiene.)
• Bringing in outside food is prohibited. Please store any brought food in the food storage area. (For special meals for infants and customers with specific dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies), please ask the staff for assistance.)
• All alcohol is prohibited, and alcohol sold within the facility can only be consumed in designated areas.
• For internal experience facilities, usage may be restricted if the designated attire is not worn according to the characteristics of the ride. - Body Slide: Restricted if wearing rash guards, swimsuits with metal or plastic rings, leggings shirts (regardless of material), swimsuits and beach pants with metal attachments, wrap skirts - Tube Slide: Restricted if wearing swimsuits with sharp decorations, earrings, necklaces, piercings, bracelets, hats, glasses, sunglasses, etc., which can cause injury to the body
• Intoxicated people or those behaving harmfully to others will not be allowed entry and may be restricted from use.
• Guests with excessive tattoos that may cause discomfort to others may be restricted from entry and use, so please wear a coat or follow the staff's guidance.
• The combined ticket includes both the water park and spa. Please note that prices vary by weekday/weekend and for adults/children, so check before purchasing.
• Children under 36 months can enter for free. Please bring documents that can prove age (health insurance card, family relationship certificate, etc.) when exchanging tickets. (Children are from 36 months to 12 years old / Adults are 13 years and older)
