1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.

During reservation

• Please reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page.
• Same-day reservations are available, but refunds are not possible.  
• The age range for preschool children is 24 months to 6 years old (children under 24 months enter for free).  
• Please note that the price for the admission + full-body scrub differs for men and women when booking.

During visit

• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• If you purchase a daytime pass but visit during the night, you will need to pay an additional fee on site.  
• Outside food is not allowed inside SPAREX.  
• Boys taller than 105cm (over 5 years old) are not allowed in the women’s bath, except for infants.  
• The gym is only accessible to those aged 14 and older. For minors, it is recommended to enter with a parent.  
• Entry may be restricted if you are intoxicated.  
• After 24 hours of admission to SPAREX, an additional fee will apply.  
• The sleeping rooms are divided into male-only, female-only, and co-ed rooms.  
• Please bring your own shampoo and conditioner, or purchase disposable items inside the sauna. Be careful of theft if you lose your key.  
• Please store valuables at the counter; SPAREX is not responsible for any lost items or cash due to personal negligence.  
• A compensation fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged if you lose your key.  
• People with systolic blood pressure over 180mmHg, facial flushing, the elderly, pregnant women, those with high fever, intoxicated individuals, or those with excessive bleeding or poor health are not allowed to use the sweating rooms in the jjimjilbang.  
• There are additional charges for using the gym, golf course, restaurant, and massage chairs within the facility.
• Men's body scrub reservations and services are unavailable from Monday 7:00 PM to Tuesday 7:00 AM.
