How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.

2. Proceed with full payment.

3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher with a QR code.

4. Visit the Incheon Airport T1 (Terminal 1, outside Gate 7) ticket booth within 90 days of purchase. (ICN T1: Bus ticket office between Exit 6 and 7 on the 1st floor, Incheon Airport T1 Platform: Arrivals 1st floor, Gates 6-7, Platform 7A-3)

5. After selecting the boarding time at the ticket booth, exchange it for a physical ticket.

6. Bring your physical bus ticket and board at your assigned seat and time.

• This ticket is for foreigners only.
• This ticket is not a reserved seat ticket. Exchange the voucher for an actual bus ticket at the ticket booth and sit in the seat indicated on the ticket.
• Children under 5 must bring proof of age (passport) to use the service for free. However, only one child per adult is free, and if there are two children per adult, a separate child ticket must be purchased for one of the children.
• Bus schedules and intervals may change depending on traffic conditions. 
• If you leave your luggage on the bus, please call +82-2-551-0754. 
• Free baggage allowance is 2 pieces per ticket (23kg per ticket), and any excess will be charged at the child's fare rate per piece of excess baggage.
• Partial use and partial refunds are not possible. If there are changes in the number of users, you must cancel and repurchase.
• Please strictly adhere to the boarding time after exchanging the ticket. If you fail to board at the time specified on the exchanged ticket, usage may be restricted.
