* Train tickets and itinerary will be sent to you via email 1-3 days prior to departure.
* Train boarding is after confirmation at the boarding station, followed by individual boarding schedules.

How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 

2. After the reservation is completed, the reservation confirmation and driver assignment will be confirmed 3 days before the boarding date. (Email voucher)

3. The driver is waiting according to the reserved time and address. Please make sure to arrive at the pickup location 10 minutes before.

(For options [A] and [B], please board according to the KTX train schedule.)

4. Enjoy the tour!

• The taxi driver communicates through a simple translator.
• The price per option is based on one person.
• Please make sure to arrive on your reserved date and time.
• Options [A] and [B] are available for same-day round trips only.
• Options [A] and [B] cannot be rescheduled.
• Option [C] is a tour where you can freely choose the pickup/drop-off location and pickup time.
• Option [C] is a tour where you can freely add and change courses outside of the basic tourist attractions. You can change to your desired course within the usage time.
• All tourist attractions must be located in Pyeongchang City.
• Reservation confirmation and driver assignment are confirmed up to 3 days before the boarding date. Detailed driver information (name, vehicle number, phone number, etc.) will be provided via voucher, so be sure to check the voucher before traveling.
• The voucher will be sent to the email you provided. Please enter the correct email address and check your email before the tour.
• Before getting into the vehicle at the pickup location, check the vehicle type and vehicle number, then board the vehicle.
• For additional hours, it is 25,000 KRW per hour, and you must pay the driver directly.
• Additional charges can be paid on-site by cash or card.
• This tour does not include a guide other than the taxi driver.
• The tour starts from the pickup location.
• The time spent at each tourist attraction varies.
• Options [A] and [B] include KTX fare and admission fees.
• Option [C] does not include round-trip KTX fare and admission fees.
• Children are counted the same as adults.
• The schedule may change on the day depending on weather and traffic conditions.
• Please keep and manage your passport and valuables during the trip, and you are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
